We accept returns on products within 30days of purchase only if the original seal is intact and unopened. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

📸 Physical Damage – Photo Evidence Required

If your product arrives with physical damage (e.g., cracks, breaks or any visible defect), please contact us immediately.

To process a damage claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photographic evidence showing the damage
  • Photos should include the product, the damaged area, and the original packaging (if possible)

Once we review the photos, we will determine if a replacement, refund, or credit is appropriate.

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:
  • Products with broken seals (unless damaged during shipping, with photo proof)
  • Items showing signs of use or tampering
